My Coaching Approach


Coaching with me is a collaborative journey—we’ll work together to clarify what matters most to you, understand how your brain works, and build personalised strategies that feel natural and empowering. Whether you're looking for practical tools, insights grounded in the latest ADHD research, or just someone to help you untangle what’s going on in your head—I’m here to support you.

A tailored approach requires time and presence, which is why I work with a carefully balanced number of clients at any one time.

I take a non-judgmental, down-to-earth approach. You're the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as we explore what's getting in your way and how to move forward. We'll look at the present, but we’ll also gently consider how past experiences or emotional patterns might still be influencing your day-to-day.

It doesn't matter whether you have a formal diagnosis, are exploring the idea that you might be neurodivergent, or feel that sometimes the way life is set up just doesn't work for you — coaching is for everyone. The focus is on you and what you would like to get out of the sessions.

My Practice & Fees


I offer ADHD coaching sessions online, meaning you can connect securely and privately from the comfort of your own home. This flexible approach makes it easier to fit coaching into your life—no travel time, no extended time off work, and continuity wherever you are.

Research shows that online coaching is just as effective as in-person sessions. In fact, many clients prefer it for the added convenience, sense of privacy, and ease of access.

I offer appointments at flexible times to suit your schedule

  • Evenings: Monday to Thursday, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

  • Daytime: Fridays, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Mornings: Saturdays, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Discovery Call — Free (20 minutes)

This is a no-pressure opportunity to meet, ask questions, and explore whether coaching with me feels like a good fit.

ADHD Coaching Session — £95 (60 minutes)

These one-to-one sessions are designed to support your unique ADHD-related goals—whether you're managing work, studies, organisation, emotional regulation, or daily routines. Each 60-minute session is structured to offer clarity, accountability, and practical strategies tailored to your individual needs.

Together, we'll work to help you better understand your ADHD, build on your strengths, and develop personalised tools to move forward with greater confidence and focus.

Coaching Package — £500 for 6 sessions

I typically recommend starting with six sessions over 12 weeks, giving us time to explore patterns, experiment with tools, and support real, lasting change.
(That saves £100 compared to paying for sessions individually.)
